I JUST HAD TO BUILD THIS !

I'm a regular reader of AIRPOWER AND WINGS MAGAZINES and when they published a story on this unbuilt baby I knew right away what my next project was gonna be!

This aircraft was proposed to the Japanese in 1938 by a Frenchman by the name of NR Payen, apparently he designed a number of aircraft of the wings/delta combo and only had limited success with them.

I'm pleased to say that this model does fly (once around the back yard)  there by proving the concept.  I am working on getting better endurance and will be trying longer but weaker rubbers.
